Providing enriching summer experiences for over 20 years to grades 1-12 students everywhere.
Enrollment for Oakwood Summer Programs (OSP) opens on Tuesday, January 16 at 8am. To help families plan ahead, we prepared this preview of programs that includes descriptions, dates, times, locations, and pricing.
Who can enroll: 1st-12th grade students from inside and outside of Oakwood are welcome to enroll.
Financial assistance: Oakwood and non-Oakwood families are eligible for need-based tuition assistance for all summer programs. Current recipients of tuition grants do not need to apply. A unique coupon code will be provided. Please contact Marlene Huitink or Pam Tiangco to receive your coupon code or to apply for tuition assistance.
Hours & aftercare: OSP is offering a variety of half-day (9am-12pm) and full-day (9am-3pm) programs. Aftercare will be available until 5:00pm for full-day, on-campus programs.
Email list: Programs will be added as details are confirmed. Those who wish to stay updated with new program announcements and other information are encouraged to join our email list.
Lunch Program: Cold, prepared lunches are included in the price of all full day, on-campus programs this year. Click here for more information.
Internship Program: Any rising Oakwood 10th-12th grader interested in interning with one of our summer programs should fill out this application. The deadline for submitting applications is April 18, 2024. Students are encouraged to contact Lisa Pimentel with any questions.

If a program you are interested in is full, please join the waiting list. It may be possible to open additional sessions and/or cohorts if there is sufficient interest. This option will be available to you when you attempt to enroll.

All programs must have a minimum of 6 students enrolled to run. Programs with low enrollment may be cancelled.
